Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect with extensive experience in designing scalable architecture and infrastructure to support a standardized solution for our operations across the globe. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in scalable product design database management and integration strategies complemented by a robust understanding of IT processes and compliance regulations. As a key member of our team you will collaborate with crossfunctional units to provide businesses with continuous support on commercial spend optimization leveraging datadriven insights to maximize returns and minimize costs ultimately unleashing the full potential of marketing investments.
Key Responsibilities:
Environment and Access Provisioning: Oversee the setup and configuration of environments to ensure compatibility and alignment with existing frameworks thereby optimizing workflows. Oversee access management for critical platforms including GitHub AWS and other distribution lists to maintain security and streamline collaboration across teams.
Architectural Design:Lead the design and oversee implementation of scalable architecture to support the diverse needs of our global operations. Facilitate and guide the team through the architecture review process incorporating feedback from the review committee to ensure compliance with industry best practices and company standards.
Database Management:Design supervise and optimize Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and database structures tailored to the specific requirements of various markets. Ensure data integrity accessibility and performance optimization while developing robust integration strategies for seamless data flow and interoperability among systems.
IT Process Navigation:Effectively navigate and manage key IT processes including but not limited to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) architecture reviews and compliance regulations to ensure project alignment and adherence to standards.
CrossFunctional Collaboration:Collaborate with diverse crossfunctional teams to facilitate the seamless integration of systems and solutions promoting synergy and efficiency across the organization.
Qualifications
Education & Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Data Science or a related field with at least 8 years relevant experience; or a Masters degree with 6 years work experience
Skillset:
Candidates must have
Proficiency in architectural design and implementation with a strong understanding of scalable architectures and cloud infrastructure.
Expertise in database design and management including experience with Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and SQL/NoSQL databases ensuring data integrity and performance optimization.
Handson experience navigating the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and familiarity with IT compliance regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of effective collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities focused on optimizing workflows and enhancing system performance.
Experience in project management with the ability to prioritize tasks and ensure project delivery within scope and budget constraints.
Candidates are desired but not mandatory to have
Relevant certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect Certified Information Systems Security Professional) is preferred.
