At Amazon were looking for an experienced Senior Manager to spearhead our Connected Vehicles initiative. Were on a mission to revolutionize transportation and logistics and we need someone with the expertise and leadership to drive us forward. Were seeking a candidate with extensive experience in advanced connected systems who can lead our talented teams develop innovative strategies and collaborate across our organization. In this role youll be at the forefront of innovation working to integrate connected vehicles into our vast logistics network. Were not just looking for technical expertise we need someone who can navigate complex regulatory landscapes manage significant budgets and represent Amazon on the global stage. Key job responsibilities
Lead and grow a team of engineers researchers and product managers working on connected vehicle technology.
Develop and execute longterm strategies for integrating connected vehicles into Amazons logistics network.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various Amazon divisions to identify opportunities and challenges for connected vehicle deployment.
Partner with external vendors research institutions and regulatory bodies to advance connected vehicle technology and ensure compliance.
Manage budgets resource allocation and project timelines for multiple concurrent connected vehicle initiatives.
Drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Represent Amazons connected vehicle efforts in industry forums and conferences.
10 years of engineering experience
5 years of engineering team management experience
10 years of planning designing developing and delivering consumer software experience
Experience partnering with product or program management teams
Experience managing multiple concurrent programs projects and development teams in an Agile environment
Experience partnering with product and program management teams
Experience designing and developing large scale hightraffic applications

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $198100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $342300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
