Salary:Actual salary 20990.73 to 21660.77 (Pending April 2025 pay rise)

Hours of work:Full time 37 hours per week Term time only plus one week

Contract type: Permanent

Brunel College is an independent alternative provision for students in Years 9 10 & 11. The provision specialises in providing a nurturing environment for vulnerable students students with SEND and behavioural needs by delivering lessons on a 1:1 basis where the focus is on the wellbeing of our students.

All about the role:

We are looking for aLearning Support Assistant tosupport individual students and small groups of students. Byimplementing planned learning activities and teaching programmes as agreed you will ensure that students are able to achieve their potential across the academic and vocational curriculum alongsidebuilding their confidence and independence.

You will be responsible forassisting students throughout the day including breaktime and lunchtime supervision and support facilitating games and activities to ensure students receive the highest standards of care and support.
