Busy Bees at Glenroy
Our fabulous Glenroy service located 15 minutes from the Melbourne airport and close driving distance to various shopping centers and public transportation is a beautifully designed 75 place service. Their team of dedicated staff constantly strive to build trusting partnerships with each other and with the children and families.
We seek passionate Early Childhood Educators dedicated to fostering young childrens growth. Youll create nurturing engaging learning environments develop ageappropriate curricula assess progress and build strong family relationships. Ensure highquality care and compliance with industry standards to support childrens holistic development and lifelong learning.

Were looking for:
Educators with a passion for early childhood education and care
with a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or is working towards one) and a valid Working with Vulnerable people check.
Educators that Wants to contribute to a dynamic and passionate team.
And that are excited to work closely with families to foster childrens growth and development.
Skills & Attributes:
Create a safe inclusive environment for all children.
Understand developmental milestones across age groups.
Plan and evaluate ageappropriate programs.
Adaptable to changing needs in early childhood settings.
Knowledge of the national early learning framework (birth to 5 years).
Understanding of quality service standards and assessment.
Respect for diverse cultures and individual needs.
Proficient in using computers for documenting childrens learning and development.
Previous experience in childcare roles (Educator Assistant Childcare Assistant etc..
