Tasks
Your Role in this Mission:
As a Client Success and Program Educator**** youll be at the forefront of education that inspires work/life balance advanced personal development learning and cutting edge team culture. You will be engaging in meaningful conversations with purpose driven individuals who are ready for personal / professional growth and an elevated state of well-being. You will share about our world-class personal development programs and success education platforms. You will build authentic relationships through outreach and community engagement. You will guide your team members on how to best reach their goals with efficiency and empowerment. The individual within this role leads with integrity and vision while also enjoying truly rewarding work that changes lives.

Requirements
Ideal Experience and Skill Set:
- Passion for mindset motivation and inner development
- Self-driven with initiative professionalism and integrity
- Background in wellness education sales HR consulting or related fields (34 years preferred)
- Strong communication skillsboth one-on-one and in groups
- Comfortable using digital tools (Zoom CRM social media etc.)
- Coachable and committed to personal growth and leadership
