Data Research Lead to oversee our team of highly skilled Data Mining & Research Specialists! In this role you will drive thetimely and accurate delivery of data research projects aligned with various aspects of the ISMG subscriber baseensuring exceptional quality standards are maintained.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in data mining and research development and a track record of leading highperforming teams towards successful outcomes. This is an opportunity to leverage your unique skills to contribute towards critical business initiatives of ISMG aligning data research with strategy development across the organization.
Responsibilities- Leading managing and overseeing a team of data researchers ensuring they meet project deadlines and maintain highquality work standards.
- Takingownership of large data sets ensuring data accuracy integrity and timely delivery.
- Leading research efforts on both standardized and customized data sets for clients and ISMG.
- Collaboratingwith internal stakeholders to provide regular progress updates proactively identifying any challenges or roadblocksand addressing them promptly.
- Mentoring and guidingjunior team members offering coaching on data analysis techniques best practices and career development.
- Providing regular feedback and performance evaluations to team members fostering an environment of growth and continuous improvement.
- Developing and implementing research strategies optimizing workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy in data handling.
- Fostering a collaborative team culture encouraging knowledge sharing and skillbuilding across team members.
Requirements & Desired Experience- Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing Statistics or a related field (preferred).
- 35 years of experience in market research fields and12years ofleadership experience.
- Strong background in quantitative research and data manipulation with a passion for improving processes.
- Proven experience in team management including mentoring performance reviews and conflict resolution.
- Advanced expertise in Excelwith the ability to handle complex data analysis tasks.
- Knowledge of Power BI is a major advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint with a strong ability to learn and adapt to other data and marketing programs quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation and project management capabilities.
- Experience in leading crossfunctional teams and managing client expectations.
Additional Details:- Location: onsite at our Gurgaon office Sector 26.
- Mandatory inoffice presence required Monday Friday during our standard hours of operation.
