Why Patients Need You
Support Hospital commercial leaders with strategic insights action plans and innovation
Design Field Force models and structures to optimize brand performance
Provide insights on sales performance across the Sterile Injectables and IG and Surgical field forces to inform business decisions by the Commercial Leadership Team on how to improve US Hospital BU financial goals.
Develop and maintain Sterile Injectable and IG and Surgical Sales team alignment targeting strategy and segmentation across brands and portfolios
Data source expertise across all of US Hospital in partnership with key digital partners and hospital stakeholders including: Sales Commercial Portfolio Marketing communication Operational excellence teams.
What You Will Achieve
Strategy and Analytics leadership for US Hospital
Lead timely development implementation and continuous assessment of Business Plans that address opportunities/risks precision investment across key levers (eg Pullthrough access) and thoughtful risks with the ultimate goal of increasing net sales.
Provide productive business review environment by brand/portfolio with diagnosis of key performance drivers datadriven insights and robust action plans to address recent trends and performance
Deepen market knowledge to identify opportunities and gaps in strategy/ tactical develop and implement solutions via frequent interactions with fieldbased colleagues and brand team leaders
Be viewed as Strategic expert by Marketing team leads and fieldbased personnel and strengthen business acumen across partners in terms of: disease area competitive landscape realworld challenges and opportunities that influence performance &
Present performance results/recommendations etc to leadership team on a regular basis
Conduct return on investment analysis conferences marketing programs and critical internal initiatives
Be a Core Contributor and Align Sales Organization and Strategy with Brand Team(s)
Key Account Director sales deployment liaison
Leadership with alignment targeting and segmentation
Launch enablement lead for IC reporting and alignment
Facilitate design implementation and measurement of Brand Initiatives related to Field Force e.g. targeting pilots contests
Ensure timely proactive communication of brand strategy and metrics
Collaborate with Business Analytics and Insights (BAI) PfizerWorks and ZS on customized analytical support to address key business questions as appropriate
Establish Analytical Framework to Generate Insights
Drive analyses of market and brand drivers and foster a customerfocused business approach to business planning for all portfolio brands
Oversight of all field facing reports and IC across all of the US Hospital teams
Develop understanding of national regional and local market dynamics and customers including providers payers employers patients and influential policy makers of the portfolio
Gain deep understanding and interpretation ofdata & systems needed to execute on and track key strategies and tactics
Develop FF KPIs and standardized tools/resources to monitor performance against established goals throughout the year in partnership with each CFS team lead
Be a subject matter expert in Pfizer Customer master data IQVIA data and Pfizer database infrastructure including Snowflake systems and SMART Tool.
Collaboration with Peers Team Lead and CrossFunctional Leadership
Work with CFS team to develop view of business opportunities to ensure sharing of best practices
Collaborate with peers across BUs to ensure successes and failures are identified and shared identify training and development needs and share methodology and analytical approaches
Qualifications
MustHave
BA/BS Degree with 8 years of previous pharmaceutical biotech or medical marketing/sales/consulting experience with a strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical marketplace
Direct experience in commercial operations brand marketing business analytics and/or strategic consulting required
Experience with transaction and external vendor data sources
Knowledge of Pfizer Customer Master data direct and indirect sales universe preferred
Capable of working effectively in a teambased environment; ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders; influence/negotiation skills and relationship management
Strong project and process management skills while working in a highly matrixed and political environment without direct supervisory authority during times of change; while exhibiting extreme emotional intelligence
Strong understanding of IQVIA data sources including but not limited to IQVIA DDD and eLAAD
Excellent Excel skills required and SQL skills preferred
Proven ability to work collaboratively to identify opportunities and trends assess business hypotheses to support business growth and recommend courses of action

MBA or other advanced professional degree (e.g. PhD MD JD) preferred
