Permanent fulltime 35 Hours per Week

Benefits:Full Extended Health & Dental Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP). Generous paid time off including vacation sick and personal days.

Salary: $63345 $67774 **This represents the first three steps of a sevenstep salary band. Candidate experience is to be considered when deciding starting salary.

Location: This role is based primarily at our Newmarket office 1101 Nicholson Dr Unit 5 with regular work at our Vaughan office 8271 Keele St Unit 2 and occasional travel to other CMHA offices in York Region and South Simcoe

Job Profile:

The Learning Specialist is responsible for maintaining the learning culture of CMHA YRSS and supports the creation and maintenance of LMS content maintains corporatelevel training maintains completion records implements evaluation and maintains filing records. This role will facilitate training needs analysis and make recommendations and subsequent implementation. They will be required to work with vendors to procure outside training as well as lead the development of inhouse training.
