About the role:
As a Software Engineer at Mission Lane youll work within a team that values curiosity collaboration and thoughtful engineering. In this role youll help design build and maintain backend services that power our products.
Moreover youll have the opportunity to contribute to real features used by real customers helping us solve technical challenges using modern tooling and frameworks. Youll be responsible for delivering welltested code debugging and resolving issues and continuously learning as you go. Our team emphasizes autonomy with supportyoull have space to take ownership of tasks but will always have the support of senior engineers.
Youll participate in regular planning and code review sessions and collaborate closely with engineers product managers and other stakeholders. Whether youre building a brand new feature contributing to a service refactor or improving test coverage your work will directly support the growth of the platform and the team.

Base Salary: $99105 $121128USD
Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program and equity are dependent on role. Pay is based on factors such as work experience education certification(s) training skills and competencies related to the role.
