Grow your leadership skills while discovering agile management in this 24months traineeship in collaboration with BNP Paribas Fortis . The end goal Becoming a scrum master. A person who facilitates the work performed by the agile team. A great combo of people and agile management. A job you normally need years of experience for and now it is only 24 months away.

Other scrum masters worked on the bank applications shared ATM systems with other banks going paperless launching new investment products making sure the bank is compliant with safeguarding customers privacy.
What will you be doing
As a scrum master you are a part of a multidisciplinary team. Full of experts in their own field. You and the product owner make sure that the team develops and runs qualitative (IT) applications. To serve the banks millions of customers.
A scrum master leads the team to its success ! From people management to risk management to priority management One job that hides many others.
In just two years well teach you everything to become a real scrum master. Thanks to different roles and missions within the IT department of the bank the leadership and agile trainings and our personal coaching.

Job requirements
How special are you
- You have a bachelors or masters degree: In any field actually. As long as you have an affinity to work in a business environment. With maximum 3 years work experience.
- You say ja or oui fluently and yes too. You are fluent in English and in French or Dutch.
- You are curious about IT: You show interest for IT and other technical things.
- You want to know everything about the agile methodology: You have read or heard about it and youre eager to become an expert in this field.
