In this role you will:
Plan issue and manage production schedules to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials and equipment based on production and inventory requirements.
Facilitate interdepartmental planning activities with quality assurance manufacturing purchasing engineering inventory control and traffic.
Contribute to project tasks and milestones organizing work to meet deadlines and applying basic team effectiveness skills within the immediate Work Team.
Make decisions within limited options to resolve basic problems under the supervisors direction working in a structured environment using established procedures.
Ensure the production plan is feasible by reviewing material availability alerts and collaborating with the Network Planner to prioritize key supplies.
Develop annotate format review and approve documentation and labeling maintaining system capacity utilization considering equipment upgrades inspections and shutdowns.
Keep the schedule visibility up to date in handover tools and liaise with Operations for visibility on schedule attainment and planned/unplanned downtime.
Track review and communicate the lifecycle and shelflife status of key raw materials providing open communication on project progress or issues with coworkers.
Recommend corrective actions and preventive measures within the quality system preparing and analyzing weekly and monthly performance reports.
Communicate results and potential improvement areas to the team reviewing and training all affected personnel on necessary procedures (SOPs).
Applicant must have a bachelors degree with 0 years of experience OR
an associates degree with 4 years of experience; OR a high school
diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience
System Application and Products experience
Knowledge of the Procurement and Supply Chain processes
Knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (part of GxP)
Strong analytical communication presentation and organizational skills
Computer skills in MS Office especially Word Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in a Food and Drug Administration regulated environment
Familiarity with FDA regulations
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues
Work schedule: 1st shift Monday to Friday
