We have an immediate opening for an LCD Assembly Technician Level 2 at Precision Display Repairs (PDR) Camarillo CA facility.
JOB PURPOSE
The technician performs visual inspections functional tests diagnoses and repair of LCD (liquid crystal display) units. Job tasks include mechanical disassembly repair and reassembly of defective displays using PDRs repair procedures tooling and equipment.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Job Functions:
WORKING CONDITIONS
Physical Demands: Requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Requires frequent walking bending and reaching to shoulder level. Requires occasional squatting lifting carrying pushing or pulling weight up to 10 pounds. Requires repetitive hand movement. Requires eyehand coordination and manual dexterity. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
Work Location: PDR facility in Camarillo CA.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Ability to organize and plan work adhering to deadlines; attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of information; ability to read write and understand the English language and to follow verbal and written instruction; ability to maintain a good working relationship with coworkers and to project a positive image to the public; ability to work under supervision; ability to adjust to rapidly changing circumstances and priorities.
Experience: At least 5 years electronic assembly experience in Operations Production or Service or related field preferred.
We offer competitive pay ranging from $23 to $26 per hour along with a comprehensive benefits package. Full time associates qualify for health benefits the first of the month following 30 days employment.
