$60k $90k Bonus

A wellestablished roofing contractor are currently looking for a Superintendent to join their team due to growth
In this role you will be joining a tightknit and collaborative team who are always looking out for each other
They have a low turnover of staff due to their willingness to constantly promote from within so you will have plenty of opportunity to take your career to the next level

Whats the job
- Manage projects from start to finish; ensuring that all relevant people are kept informed of progress that budget and schedule are maintained and that all appropriate reports and paper work are completed within the timeframe
- Manage foremen and crews including subcontractors for 25 projects at any point totalling $1mm$5mm
- Ensuring safety protocols are met at all times
What do you need
- 35 years as a Superintendent for commercial roofing or construction
- Ability to use relevant IT equipment and software; Plan Grid One Drive email iPhone iPad etc
- Proven experience as an effective leader with solid ethics
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening this role involves work in schools and federal facilities
