Job Description

Were seeking a highly motivated and relational Church Success Representative to empower churches individuals and partners to amplify their missions impact. As a key member of our team youll play a vital role in fostering strong relationships providing expert consultation and connecting churches with lifechanging mission opportunities.

Location: Richmond VA Headquarters

Schedule: Hybrid3 days in the office after initial training period

Rate: Hourly commensurate with experience great benefits!

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively nurture strong relationships with churches understanding their unique needs and objectives and providing tailored guidance on mission mobilization and strategic opportunities.
  • Identify and establish meaningful connections between churches and global personnel or connection networks enhancing their engagement in mission strategy and opportunities.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products pathways and events ensuring you can provide churches with the best resources and opportunities to fuel their missions involvement.
  • Update records and provide comprehensive profiles of churches including their mission involvement gathered through research and personal connections with church leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Preference will be given to candidates who are active members of a Southern Baptist church demonstrating a deep understanding of the denominations values mission and vision.
  • A bachelors degree preferred.
  • A strong understanding of the Southern Baptist Conventions mission and vision.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience working in a customer or servicerelated role with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.
  • Experience with Customer Service Platforms CRM software or Order Management Software is essential with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook are required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages negotiate and resolve conflicts in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Attention to detail with excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
  • Selfstarter with excellent organizational skills able to prioritize tasks manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
