Examples of the skills knowledge and experiences you need to lead and deliver value at this level include but are not limited to:
Understand and deploy the Privileged Access Management (PAM) function. Develop enhance and implement policies and standards across all disciplines within the function.
As the business lead facilitate strategic planning with stakeholders including business and facility operational leadership intake and governance teams and IS groups for the deployment or enhancement of information technologies and major solutions and services.
Accountable for the development delivery and quality of assigned solutions and services to achieve function objectives helping to deliver solutions that improve patient experience and add strategic value to Providence.
Influence decisions in partnership with program leadership to ensure work toward common objectives.
Provide responsive leadership to delegate coordinate and motivate staff; evaluate performance for direct reports and contractors; work with individuals and HR to improve performance as needed.
Assume responsibility for engineering teams of up to 20 reportes
Consistently demonstrate a sense of accountability for the quality and completeness of entire solutions and services.
Evaluate and recommend new PAM technologies and solutions to enhance the organizations security posture.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (IT Security Business Units) to ensure PAM solutions align with business needs and security requirements.
Maintain and demonstrate compliance with relevant security standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop and enforce policies and procedures for managing privileged accounts ensuring adherence to security best practices.
Identify areas of automation within assigned solutions and services and drive them towards completion. Reduce Operational issues by improving Engineering practices.
Work closely with the project teams on engineering plans including specs and design collateral.
Assess value develop cases and prioritize stories epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with the functions strategy.
Participate in design code/config and test planning and reviews across the feature area understand the root causes of issues and find ways to resolve them.
Participate in client proposals RFPs cost and resource estimation and review across the current projects scope and the extensions
Engage and organize the assignment of activities of multifunctional largescale teams as well as the project estimates task dependencies and schedule.
Adhere to the Providence engineerings quality criteria for assigned solutions and services using measurements and insights to understand and validate the quality of experience. Proactively and independently develop root cause analyses and process improvement plans.
Coordinate with Architects Scrum Master and Dev Leads to help deliver robust solutions.
Minimum 15 years of experience inCybersecurity Identity access management domain.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Engineering Manager Role with minimum 5 years in Agile mode.
Deep knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and technologiessuch asActive Directory Azure AD SailPoint.
Deep Knowledge Privileged Identity / Access Management (PIM/PAM) Concepts strategy assessments.
Work experience in solutioning CyberArk implementation. Additional knowledge or experience in Delinea BeyondTrust is added advantage.
Experience in Scripting Language such as Python PowerShell/Desired State Configuration and REST API.
Preferred working knowledge of IAM security standards (ISO/IEC 27002 ISO/IEC 27032 NIST SP 80053 and 80063.
CISSP CISM certification and/or expertise.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor or Master degree in related field (CS/IT) from reputed universities.
