As Manager Sacred Heart Central youll lead a team of dedicated staff across our Meals Program Engagement Hub Wellness Place and Spiritual Care services.
Youll drive traumainformed and personcentered care ensure integrated service delivery and cultivate a safe and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

Your daytoday
- Provide leadership and oversight of SHCs multidisciplinary teams including overseeing service delivery.
- Embed traumainformed care reflective practice and continuous improvement across all programs.
- Work closely with the Program Coordinators and Head of Homeless Services to ensure service delivery contribute to SHMs strategic leadership and advocacy work.
- Ensure highquality valuesaligned services are delivered in line with funding and legislative requirements.
- Manage relationships with internal teams community agencies government and service participants.
- Participate in oncall duties as required.

- A demonstrated ability to provide supportive leadership to staff.
- With excellent communication skills who collaborates well as part of a team.
- Great with timemanagement and highly organised.
- Commitment to working within a personcentered strengths based and culturally responsive practice.
- Able to demonstrate deescalation and effective response tactics towards challenging behaviour and crisis situations.
- Experience in case management or service coordination (desirable).

- Pay classification Social and Community Services Employee Level 7 $5962 per hour dependent on experience and qualification).
