- Completion of Grade 12 including business subjects with emphasis on general office practices OR completion of an appropriate certificate program from an approved business school/college
- Minimum of 2 years of diversified and varied word and information processing experience including financial and/or payroll processing
Skills required for success:
- Proficiency in the use of SAP Plant Maintenance Ariba ECC and SAPCAT2
- Must have data entry skills at a minimum of 40 WPM with a high degree of accuracy for entering updating and correcting information in various systems
- Demonstrate the ability to self manage workload and work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to work successfully in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize a variety of tasks with set timelines and adjust accordingly when unexpected priorities emerge
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel
- Travel between Westwood and the South Shop and South Office may be required

We are looking for an independent and selfmotivated individual with excellent data entry skills to support the Custodial Services section within Fleet and Facility Services. Accuracy and an aptitude for numerical detail are key to success in this position as you will be responsible for accurately entering data information from various sources into key systems for Custodial Services.
What will you do
- Ensure the use of simple language and list by order of magnitude
- Reduce text by creating flowcharts checklists or diagrams and linking them within your bullets
- Create and update purchase orders as requested in accordance with contract rate schedules
- Process contract custodial services invoices to ensure rates and services align with what is outlined in control agreements
- Follow up with Accounts Payable inquiries
- Consult with Operations staff to resolve any accounts payable issues with invoices
- Work in SAP systems specifically Plant Maintenance ECC ARIBA and other corporate systems
- Perform basic calculations such as service rates GST etc. as needed
- Investigate and clear Ariba exceptions
- Prepare and update Vendor Control Agreement balances for operational staff
- Enter biweekly time into CAT2 perform time entry data audits and consult with Forepersons to validate and make corrections
- Create and manage work orders using SAP Plant
- Perform other duties as required
