We are looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Service Expert (Room Service) to join our wonderful team at London Marriott Hotel County Hall and our awarded Gillrays Steakhouse & Bar.

The impact youll make
Breakfast lunch or dinner the best meals arent just made by our brilliant chefs. Theyre made even more memorable by the great service our guests enjoy. As one of our experts youll make sure you know every dish on the menu so you can make recommendations and answer any questions customers may have. Youll make sure their food and drinks are served quickly efficiently and with a smile and if there are any issues youll deal with them right away. Thanks to you our guests will feel wellfed happy and wanting to come back for more.
What youll do
- Take and process room service orders accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure the cleanliness of room service trays carts and delivery areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service handling guest requests and inquiries.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu and assist guests with recommendations.

This role also requires the ability to move and lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs. In addition youll need to be able to reach overhead and below your knees including bending twisting pulling and stooping and move over uneven or sloping surfaces. Prior to employment well ask you to complete safety training and certification.
