Job Description
Job Role: Barre Instructor
Location: North London locations Winchmore Hill and Cockfosters
Salary: Up to 35 per session (Mornings evenings and weekends)
About Us: 4 The Love of barre is rapidly growing and we are now looking for barre instructors to join our growing team! As a Barre Instructor your passion for group exercise will shine through and inspire our members to Empower their inner you whilst delivering fun and dynamic class sequences.
Responsibilities will include
- Session Instructing and room setup
- Lead Barre sessions for up to 20 participants
- Have high level of knowledge of all movements and poses as well as working with the breath techniques along with stretches for injury prevention.
- Be able to perform and demonstrate full barre sequence as well as guide participants to achieve correct form and alignment.
- Maintain safety standards by following and adhering to the 4 the love of barre regulations.
- Achieve agreed targets of class occupancy as well as feedback from our members.
Qualifications required to work as a Barre Instructor at 4 the love of barre.
- Qualified Pilates or ETM Instructor
- Barre instructor certification qualification
- hold your own public liability insurance of at least 2million
- Available to work mornings and evenings and weekends
