Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team and support inclusive and engaging classroom environments. As a Teaching Assistant you will work closely with teachers to provide individualized support to students and help maintain a positive and respectful learning atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Assist teachers in implementing behavior management strategies to support students with diverse learning needs
- Provide oneonone and small group support to students to reinforce learning concepts
- Support classroom activities and help create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress and contribute to individualized education plans
Qualifications
- Previous experience or training in behavior management techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive classroom setting
- A passion for supporting the academic and emotional growth of all students
