KONE Middle East Turkey & Africa (KMTA) is embarking on an exciting growth phase expanding its direct presence in seven regions. KONE seeks a dynamic and enthusiastic Modernization Sales Engineer to join our office. To complement our growth plans Modernization sales is a strategic priority for our Business.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager we are looking for an energetic and enthusiasticSales Engineer to be based in our Doha Qatar office. In this role you will lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and strategic or nationally/locally important customers. You will proactively identify solutions and develop processes that add value to our customers.

Aservice mindsetis an outlook that focuses on creating customer trust value and loyalty. Hence we are looking for somebody with a proven track record of being a gogetter and who understands how to partner and collaborate with the business. We need someone who can influence is resultdriven and has strong commercial acumen skills. Ideally we are looking for somebody who has good knowledge of the service industry.

Are you the one

  • University degree holder

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in one of the following: Complex Sales Process Management & Business Development

  • Elevator & Escalator sales experience is preferred

  • Highly motivated goaloriented diligent organized selfstarter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service

  • Ability to interpret and analyze customer needs

  • Passion for sales with a proven track record and a strong customer focus

  • Fluent in Arabic and English communication presentation negotiation and solution selling skills
