Application Support Engineer DV Cleared 550.00 per day Outside IR35 Onsite
Day Rate: Up to 550.00 per day (Outside IR35
Duration: 6 Months (Long term project extensions very likely)
Office Location: London & Cheltenham 5 days per week at either office is required)

A security and defence tech consultancy is looking for a DV Cleared Application Support Engineer on a contract basis for at least the next 6 months.
You will be part of an onsite team responsible for maintaining and supporting a managed crossdomain service utilizing diverse technologies platforms and tools.
The team uses site reliability engineering tools and practices to continuously verify and enhance the service.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Experience working in a managed service environment with a strong focus on service delivery and customer outcomes
- Application development using Java or similar
- Git version control
- Critical thinker with the ability to analyse problems test hypotheses and make informed risk decisions
- Ability to quickly prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities during incident response scenarios
It would be a bonus if you had any experience in application deployment and administration using microservice architectures asynchronous messaging terraform/ansible or Oracle.
