Worxweb Solutions a premier recruitment agency is currently seeking dynamic and motivated individuals for the role of Health Insurance Sales Agent on behalf of our prestigious client. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to earn $1000 or more per weekwhile advancing professionally within the health insurance sector.
Location: Sunrise FL (Approximate area; exact location details provided upon application)
Shift Hours: 10:00 AM 8:00 PM Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow the provided script to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Maintain punctuality and a disciplined work ethic.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Achieve 1025 sales per week.
Requirements:
- Preferred age range: 2535 years (not for firsttime sales roles).
- Athletes are preferred due to their work ethic and coachability.
- Experience in private u65 insurance sales
- Licensure is preferred but not required if the candidate is a good cultural fit with the right attitude and experience.
- Must be extremely coachable if lacking experience with the ability to adapt and perform quickly.
Compensation Structure:
- Base Pay: $500 per week.
- Commission & Bonuses: 25 commission on core sales and 60 on ancillary products. Average weekly earnings range between $800$1500 after training with top producers earning $2000$3000 weekly.
- Experienced Anyone whos currently in the industry we have 35 for core and 70 of ancillaries. 200 bonus at 15 deals.
- Growth Opportunities: Begin with outbound calls during training and transition to 100 inbound live transfers afterward.
- Additional Benefits: Base pay inbound call support and clear paths for advancement.
