Shape the Future of AIDriven Membership Experiences
Are you passionate about AI and eager to apply your fullstack development skills to realworld challenges based in Brantford ON is looking for a driven AI Engineer who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is committed to building products people love.
In this role youll own key product areas shape AIdriven solutions and iterate rapidly based on user feedback. If youve built something people actually useregardless of formal experiencewe want to hear from you!
What Youll Do
Build Across the Full Stack & Shape Product Direction
- Develop using React/Vue (frontend) and Python/PHP (backend).
- Integrate AI models LLMs GPT AI Agents to deliver seamless cuttingedge user experiences.
Work with AIPowered Development Workflows
- Utilize AIassisted IDEs like Windsurf Cursor and other AIdriven development tools to boost efficiency.
- Leverage AI coding assistants and automation to write debug and optimize code faster.
- Stay ahead of advancements in AIdriven software engineering workflows.
AI Model Development & Integration
- Train finetune and deploy AI models efficiently using ML pipelines vector databases and cloudbased inference.
- Optimize data pipelines to support AI model training and realtime applications.
- Manage AI infrastructure APIs and model versioning for continuous improvements.
Launch Features Gather Feedback & Iterate Quickly
- Ship new features speak directly with customers and optimize solutions based on feedback.
Own Product Development EndtoEnd
- Take full responsibility for designing developing and deploying core functionalitiesfrom concept to production.
Collaborate & Innovate
- Work closely with product managers designers and engineers to align technology with business goals.
- Stay ahead of AI trends and experiment with new tools and techniques.

Understand AI Model Development
- You have experience working with model training finetuning deployment and inference pipelines.
- Youre familiar with AI tools APIs and cloudbased ML workflows.
