Job Description
Valley Christian School is a small K7 school of approximately 150 students. We are familyoriented and the only Christian school in Mission BC. We emphasize that each child is an important part of the body of Christ and encourage everyone to grow in their unique gifts and to use them for Gods glory.
We are looking for a teacher who is energetic and committed to Christian education to join our school family. We are accepting applications to fill a fulltime intermediate teaching position 1.0 FTE) for theschool year. The ideal candidate will be flexible and desire to collaborate in a team environment.
Applicants should be deeply committed to the Christian faith with a strong dedication to Christian education. They demonstrate active involvement in a local Christian community and exhibit a mature Christian faith. Additionally they are willing to sign the Community Standards policy of the school reflecting their alignment with its values.
All applicants must hold a valid BC Teaching Certificate. Teaching experience with the new BC curriculum will be beneficial.
Salary Range: $49758 to $87330
Expected start date: Aug 21 2025
