The Opportunity
As an Office Services Clerk in our PreLitigation Department you will have the opportunity to work extensively with essential documents necessary to the operation of a leading personal injury law firm.
Accountable for - Process incoming/outgoing mail including sorting scanning copying and properly distributing to appropriate departments and team members.
- Drafting legal documents and preparing them to be sent via certified mail.
- Compile exhibit trial and mediation binders.
- Handle document filing into appropriate folders and record relocation.
- Manage office supplies inventory and stock general supplies as necessary.
- Special project assistance as necessary.
Qualifications - Prior law firm experience and personal injury law experience preferred.
- Advanced experience with office equipment including copiers scanners and fax machines.
- Case management software experience preferred.
- Ability to sort and organize efficiently.
- Experience working with litigation documents.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Compensation - $21.00 $25.00 an hour depending on experience
