Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Specialist to oversee and optimise presales and aftersales dealership activities for passenger vehicles. The PDI / Technical support specialist will ensure that all vehicles undergo rigorous quality checks before delivery to customers meeting company standards and requirements as well as supports the dealers with the correct repair process.
Key Responsibilities:
Compound PDI and dealer store PDI Process Management:
- Develop implement and oversee the PDI process to ensure all vehicles are thoroughly
inspected before delivery. - Establish presale vehicle compound gatein& out long term storage matainmence standard and quality check standards at the compound and dealership
- Manage the presale vehicles technical campaign accomplishment on time for compound PDI and dealership PDI operation.
- Ensure the PDI process complies with company standards and industry regulations
- For presales PDI part supply on the job trainings performance evaluation and daily supervision to compound and dealership
- Ensure all vehicles meet quality standards before delivery identifying and resolving potential issues promptly.
Dealer repair process support:
- Responsible for the regional technical support respond and provide technical solutions quickly through service portal remote diagnostics and onsite support;
- Regional visit onthejob trainings and other activities to continuously improve regional technical capability;
- Collect and report information for typical fault tendency latest and critical fault and promote instant solution of quality problems;
- Development and release the technical notice typical technical repair cases;
- Timely onsite support with quick solutions technical research and analysis according to stakeholders instructions;
Customer Relations:
- Maintain good communication with dealers
- Handle customer complaints and feedback providing effective solutions.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports analyze data and propose improvement suggestions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.
Your profile:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Automotive Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry with at least 3 years
in technical support or technical quality control management. - Good knowledge of English
- Familiarity with the vehicle repair process and postrepair quality control
- Experience in technical support and PDI process preferred
- Strong cross culture communication skills and crossfunction coordination ability;
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines in a dynamic environment;
- NEV Technical background is preferable;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in office software and technical information systems
