Strategy & Planning Undertake strategic planning on achieving sales targets for the zone Develop sales targets for the Group units within the region Ensure monitoring and analysis of performance of each Group / cluster against identified targets Implement incentive schemes for the region Provide inputs for product improvements new product launches and improvement in sales processes Ensure allocation of budgets to various clusters and adherence to them Identifying the new Distributors & Tie up with them Help design the R & R for Bancassurance UBI channel for the Region Strengthen relationship with partners / Distributor Build Manage & enhance relationship with the partner/ Distributors Maintain clear communication with the partner/ Distributors Sales growth and cost management Ensure achievement of sales targets for the zone. Ensure successful launch of new products and marketing promotional campaigns within the Zone Review monthly sales targets and discuss with cluster heads on backlog customer feedback and other insights from field force Effectively manage overheads and thus ensure reduction of cost of operations for the zone/Channel Customer satisfaction and retention Monitor satisfaction of the zones customers through a customer satisfaction index based on parameters such as customer complaints persistency etc. Ensure Company provides superior sales experience to its customers in the zone People Management Develop the recruitment and training plan for the Zones distribution team in line with the overall recruitment & training plan and ensure recruitment and training of the team as per the plan
