Job Description

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Role: Dutch speaking Senior Sales Representative

Salary: 2292 euro gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonuses and meal allowance). Package with company accommodation is 1665 euro gross p/m plus free accommodation (so not cost for rent and utility bills)

Working Hrs: 40 Hours per week 8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Our client is a global outsourcing company – they have offices around the world and in Portugal they have multiple sites where they support large international clients and assist with business in more than 30 different languages so you'd be joining a very multicultural environment.

The Role:

As a Senior Sales Representative you will be providing expert guidance to business clients on their online advertising campaigns. You will be contacting new and existing business clients via telephone and email identifying sales opportunities. This role holds immense potential for making a significant impact on their business success. Within a targetdriven environment you will work towards achieving individual sales targets while collaborating with a dynamic sales team to expand the client customer base across the Dutch and Belgian region. In this role you will manage an assigned portfolio of small business clients in order to help them develop their online advertising campaigns. Beside this you will handle a high volume of potential clients on a daily basis through phone calls to assist them with their PPC Campaigns.

As part of the team you will be responsible for:

  • Customer Engagement: Proactively contacting new and existing customers via telephone and email to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
  • Portfolio Management: Managing a portfolio of small business clients with a focus on driving revenue growth and building strong longterm relationships.
  • Market Research: Conducting research to gain a deep understanding of industry verticals market trends and clients’ business models.
  • Solution Selling: Identifying client needs and delivering tailored solutions that align with their goals and drive success.
  • Performance Optimization: Regularly engaging with clients to evaluate product performance provide insights and recommend optimizations to maximize results.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Previous outbound phone sales experience a must
  • Previous experience in relationship sales ad sales and digital marketing
  • Target driven
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment
