Job Description
Job Title: Financial Controller
Location: Jakarta Indonesia
Industry: Multinational Service Business
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to lead and oversee the financial operations of our Indonesian entity. This role is critical to ensuring financial integrity supporting business growth and aligning local operations with global standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the finance and accounting function ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with local GAAP and corporate standards.
- Oversee budgeting forecasting cash flow management and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations statutory requirements and internal policies.
- Partner with operational and regional leadership to support strategic decisionmaking and business performance improvements.
- Manage audits liaise with external auditors and ensure clean audit outcomes.
- Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements across financial operations.
- Supervise mentor and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field; CPA or CA preferred.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive finance experience including at least 3 years in a controller or similar leadership role preferably within a multinational or serviceoriented company.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian accounting tax and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
