Senior Specialist – Procurement & Contract
Location: Sumbawa Barat NTB
Industry: Mining
We are hiring a Senior Specialist – Procurement & Contract to support the operations and maintenance of an LNG Terminal and Regasification facility for our mining client. This role ensures timely and costeffective procurement while upholding company policies safety standards and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement : Source and procure materials equipment and services for LNG operations in line with schedules and budgets.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Identify and manage suppliers negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with internal standards and requirements.
- Logistics Oversight: Coordinate delivery timelines logistics and documentation for shipping customs and trade compliance.
- Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Cost Optimization: Analyze market trends to identify costsaving opportunities through strategic sourcing.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with technical finance and legal teams to align procurement activities with operational needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Business Administration or a related field; procurement certifications (CIPS CPSM) are a plus.
- 8–10 years of experience in procurement ideally within the LNG oil & gas or mining sectors.
- Strong understanding of LNG operations industrial procurement logistics and compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP); excellent negotiation and problemsolving skills.
- Fluent in English; computer literate.
- Willingness to work in remote/mine locations on a 5:2 schedule.
