Puragain Water is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our growing team in Tampa FL. If you re a natural leader with a passion for sales and a proven ability to inspire train and motivate a team of top performers this is the role for you. Requirements
As the Sales Manager you ll be the driving force behind our sales team s success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Training & Coaching: Masterfully train and coach sales reps to excel in selling our premium water filtration systems.
- Motivating & Inspiring: Push your team to achieve and exceed sales goals while knowing when to provide support and when to challenge them to grow.
- Performance Management: Provide ongoing mentorship feedback and performance evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
- DataDriven Leadership: Monitor sales metrics and identify opportunities to optimize performance and drive results.
- Collaboration: Work closely with company leadership to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Culture Building: Foster a positive highenergy work environment where excellence is celebrated and teamwork thrives.
Benefits
What We Offer:
- Base Salary: $80000 $100000 (depending on experience)
- OTE (OnTarget Earnings): 150000 200000 (with overrides based on team performance)

What we are looking for: At least 2 years of outside sales experience. Friendly, positive attitude with a desire to make $$$! Reliable transportation. Comfortable driving long distances to meet with clients.
