1. Key Account Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact and build strong trusted relationships with a portfolio of key hospitality providers within the assigned region.
Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve mutual goals including revenue growth increased bookings and enhanced product integration.
Conduct regular performance reviews with key accounts analyzing data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Collaborate internally with product marketing and operations teams to ensure the needs of key accounts are met and issues are resolved effectively.
Stay informed about market trends competitor activities and the evolving needs of key accounts within the hospitality industry
2. Sales Development Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales development strategies and plans for the assigned region aligned with the companys overall growth objectives.
Identify and research potential new hospitality provider segments and target accounts within the region.
Proactively prospect and generate leads for new partnerships through various methods including market research networking and industry events.
Develop compelling sales pitches and presentations tailored to the specific needs and value propositions of potential partners.
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with new hospitality providers ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Track and analyze sales development activities and results providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
Collaborate with marketing to develop regionalspecific marketing campaigns and materials to support sales development efforts.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes and strategies.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Hospitality or a related field.
Proven track record of success in key account management and/or sales development within the travel or hospitality industry minimum 5 years of experience
Strong understanding of the online travel agent/marketplace landscape and the dynamics of working with travel/hospitality providers (e.g. hotels tour operators activity providers).
Excellent relationshipbuilding negotiation and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
Datadriven and analytical with the ability to interpret performance metrics and identify actionable insights.
Selfmotivated proactive and resultsoriented with a strong sense of ownership
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales and productivity tools.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
