We seek a driven fitness enthusiast with a passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. The ideal candidate is flexible a team player reliable hardworking and an outstanding representative of our brand.A positive mindset and a strong desire to work in the fitness industry are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with previous work experience in customer service sales and personal or group training.A valid personal or group training certification is REQUIRED and prior experience is highly preferred. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Managingtraining sales
- Managing communications via phone email text and app
- Maintaining a positive attitude and inspiring/motivating others
- Delivering personalized oneonone and group training sessions
- Fostering a welcoming community atmosphere
- Maintaining a clean organized and safe training environment
- Conducting fitness assessments and body composition scans
- Staying connected with members and clients through regular communication
- Managing billing and administrative tasks
- Motivating clients and holding them accountable for reaching their fitness goals
- Engaging in community events and activities
- Offering online coaching and providing exercise modifications for various fitness levels
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in the fitness industry as well as customer service sales andpersonal or group training
- Certification from recognized organizations such as NASM ACSM NSCA ACE or ISSA (current certification required)
- Strong desire to work in the health and fitness industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- A friendly outgoing and warm demeanor
- Genuine and honest personality
- Flexible availability
- Technologically savvy
- Selfmotivated and proactive
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid drivers license to apply
