No two days are ever the same in the life of a B2B marketer at Grab. We drive growth and adoption across Southeast Asia for Grabs portfolio of B2B solutions GrabAds Grab For Business and GrabGifts Digital Vouchers and GrabMaps.
You will drive growth among small merchants and restaurants on behalf of GrabAds as well as omnicommerce solutions such as Dineout Deals. It also supports of campaigns aimed at enterprise advertisers and agencies.
- One day youll be working with incountry counterparts to roll out a new KOL campaign aimed at Grab merchants. The next youll be prepping a presentation on our growth strategy to present to Grab Csuite.
- You might be working on a project to use AI to automate our merchant comms in the morning and meeting with our analytics and research teams to develop a segmentation strategy in the afternoon.
- You are the kind of person that enjoys learning and experimentation and juggles complexity and ambiguity well. You feel youre always on top of timelines budgets and keeping everyone honest and running to schedule. And youre analytical and comfortable working with data.
- Youre charming when you need to be. But youre no pushover: youre a strict school teacher when the situation calls for it.
Get to Know the Role
You will develop and implement growth strategies to drive merchant monetization among small and midsized restaurants and merchants. Youll also support of marketing initiatives aimed at large advertisers and agencies.
You will report to Regional Head of B2B Marketing and work onsite at Petaling Jaya.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Identify new sources of growth for merchant monetisation levers including GrabAds Dineout Deals and Spotlight campaigns; develop advocate for and implementing growth strategies and campaigns to improve revenue among small restaurants and merchants across Southeast Asia
- Collaborate with multiple marketing functions such as PR marketing analytics product marketing performance marketing country marketing as well as country operations teams to execute campaigns that achieve growth
- Collaborate with business leadership and senior stakeholders to ensure marketing plans support business objectives
- Build relationships with key regional and incountry sales operations and business stakeholders to create programs that support their business objectives
- Manage vendors timelines and budgets to ensure projects run to schedule to deliver impact
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering Marketing Digital Media or relevant field.
- Fluent in English additional Southeast Asian languages would be added advantage.
- Analytical skillset; comfortable working with data
- 5 years of marketing experience in B2B or B2C roles
- An independent with the ability to pick up new skills
- Technically curious good with numbers analytical minded and has critical thinkingskillsets.
