Job Description
As a Retail Sales Associate at Rossmann you will be the face of our store ensuring customers feel welcomed and supported throughout their shopping journey. Your main responsibilities will include:
Assisting customers with product selection and inquiries
Operating the cash register and handling transactions accurately
Restocking shelves and maintaining store cleanliness
Merchandising products to create an attractive store environment
Supporting promotions and loyalty program activities
Working closely with your team to ensure a smooth daily operation
Qualifications :
Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A customerfirst attitude and a friendly positive demeanor
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Basic proficiency in Hungarian; English is an advantage
Reliability attention to detail and a proactive work style
