Were on the lookout for a dynamic Assistant Coordinator to join our Yarrabilba team. If you love leading a group of enthusiastic Educators and want to create a playfilled exciting atmosphere for primaryschoolaged children then this is the role for you!
This permanent parttime position offers 16 hours per week with the flexibility to take on extra hours during school holidays. Youll be supporting our morning and afternoon programs helping kids get their day started or winding down with some funfilled afterschool activities.

Your role will include:
- Leading funfilled programs where children explore everything from STEM and sports to arts & crafts (whatever sparks their imagination!.
- Fostering strong connections with children parents and the school community to create a nurturing environment.
- Managing a team of passionate Educators including organizing rosters and helping them grow in their roles.
- Assisting with overseeing the daytoday operations of the service ensuring everything runs smoothly including compliance and administration.
What Were Looking For Is This You

Strong communication skillsyoull be guiding and supporting others!
The ability to work well in a team and the desire to grow into a leadership role.
A National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain them).
Australian work rights.
A relevant qualification or be actively working towards one (per ACECQA standards).
