Sr Technical Product Owner Prism Data AI Solutions

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Sr Technical Product Owner to join our AI Solutions team within Operations & Technology. In this pivotal role you will work on enterprise products and agents utilizing Generative AI to create impactful solutions in areas such as conversational agents and insights and analytics. This role will involve strategic planning handson and leadership ensuring that our products meet both organizational goals and stakeholder needs.

Key Responsibilities 

• Product Development: 
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholder community including Program Management Product Engineering Scrum and leadership to scope develop and implement GenAI products. 
  • Define and deliver longterm data product strategies for GenAI use cases to optimize performance and scalability. 
  • Develop a deep understanding of stakeholders needs to define detailed actionable requirements and write user stories for engineering work. 
  • Perform product testing to ensure functionality accuracy and performance as well as conduct demos. 
  • Own and maintain products utilizing feedback to iterate and refine features continuously. 
• Strategic & Stakeholder Engagement: 
  • Drive the of product roadmaps ensuring alignment with strategic goals and longrange plans. 
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders throughout the endtoend GenAI use case lifecycle. 
  • Prepare and deliver decks reports metrics recommendations and other resources to stakeholders and executives. 
• Innovation: 
  • Stay informed on emerging AI LLM machine learning and similar technologies as well as the latest vendor offerings. 
  • Contribute to identifying reusable enterprise GenAI patterns to streamline future implementations. 
  • Identify opportunities to enhance products improve operational processes and drive overall efficiency. 

Qualifications :

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) 
• 12 years of related professional experience (e.g. experience in product management or development ideally with a focus on AI or data) 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences. 
• Strong understanding of data management principles data warehouses and data integration techniques 
• Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets and drawing actionable insights to inform product strategy and decisionmaking 
• Proven ability to work effectively with engineering data science marketing and other teams to deliver highimpact products. 
• Exceptional problemsolving skills with the ability to break down complex challenges and drive actionable solutions. 
• Strong understanding of data management principles data warehouses and data integration techniques 
• Understanding of ML lifecycle Feature engineering model drift A/B testing retraining 
• Proven expertise in developing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) architecture 
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis 

Desired Characteristics:

• Exceptional product management skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. 
• Knowledge of data governance privacy and legal compliance cyber security and best practices in ethical AI. 
• Understanding of prompt design hallucination mitigation 
• Familiarity with offline vs online evaluation metrics (e.g. accuracy latency user satisfaction) 
• Familiarity with tools such as MLflow Weights & Biases Databricks LangChain Pinecone etc. 
• Experience with Microsoft Azure data management toolslike Data Factory SQL Server Cosmos DB AI Foundry 
• Knowledge of data governance privacy and legal compliance cyber security and best practices in ethical AI. 
• Advanced technical quantitative analytical and research skills. 
• Experience in the Media & Entertainment industry.

• Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
