Within the Services & Techno Delivery team you will be responsible for executing and supervising the assigned contracts and activity actions according to the accepted contractual terms monitoring their costs times resources and optimizing their net margin by improving work methods. Likewise you will be in charge of planning supervising and organizing the work of the installation following established procedures.
As a Service Installations Engineer your main functions will be:
Direct assigned projects so that they are carried out according to contractual terms and procedures.
Ensure good coordination and planning of all those involved in the action.
Control that technical actions are carried out in accordance with the corresponding instructions procedures and guides.
Ensure compliance with work methods and supervise their development.
Execute and supervise the contracts and actions of the activity according to the accepted contractual terms monitoring their costs deadlines resources and optimizing their net margin by improving work methods.
Ensure Health and Safety and the quality of services.
Support the making of offers directing the activities and documents during the offer development and signing phase of the contract.
Supervise prepare and/or coordinate project documentation proceeding to its formal registration.
Manage the quality control of the projects coordinating the preparation (PPI) of the electromechanical equipment to be guaranteed.
Identify manage and monitor technical and financial risks proposing improvement actions.
Track contracts. Margin control customer satisfaction and compliance with commitments.
Coordinate and plan commissioning actions.
Manage and transmit to the purchasing department the necessary information on the equipment to be purchased or subcontracted.
Coordinate the preparation of billing orders and follow up.
Prepare project monitoring meetings and reports.
Coordinate customer relations during the warranty period.
In the event of deviations attributable to the client document and manage the corresponding extension and modification of the order.
Ensure that at the end of the order the supply has been made in its entirety including the required documentation (asbuilt drawings quality certificates test protocols etc. in such a way that there is no impediment to proceed with the final billing and closure of the work.
Once the work is completed it must be received and accepted by the client obtaining the corresponding certificate from them.
Make the work closing sheet with the final result.
Qualifications :
Training: Bachelor Degree in Industrial Civil Chemical Engineering or similar. Chemical Sciences or similar.
Minimum experience: 5 years in similar positions.
Languages: English: High level (spoken and written)
Availability to travel
