Job Description

Purpose of position:

The position will be responsible for monitoring project quality works and leading quality team POC. Presenting the project quality related information as per client requirement. Supporting Project Head in managing the project quality works. Monitor and manage quality requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a QAQC Manager (CSA) He will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality standards and compliance of the Civil Structural and Architectural (CSA) works on the project
  • Develop implement and monitor the quality management plan procedures and policies in accordance with the project specifications and requirements
  • Coordinate and supervise the CSA quality inspections and tests and confirm that the work is carried out as per the approved drawings codes and standards
  • Review and approve the CSA materials and submittals and ensure the conformity with the project specifications and requirements
  • Should have good understanding and thorough knowledge about various ITPs related to CSA works.
  • Have worked on at least one structural steel project as QAQC Manager

Qualifications :

B.E/ preferably Civil qualifications with project management /Quality management certification from reputed Institute.

2. 812 years of work experience In data center projects with demonstrated career growth graph.

3. Sound Knowledge and experience of project quality management.

verbal and written English communication skills along with presentation skills and the capability to relate and communicate with people from a variety of diverse backgrounds at all levels of the industry.

5. Understanding of the total project life cycle from project conception stage to completion and handing over.

Major Skill set required:

Technical Project Management: The knowledge skills and behavior related to specific domains of project program and portfolio management. The technical aspects of performing ones role.

Leadership: The knowledge skills and behavior needed to guide motivate and direct a team to help an organization achieve its business goals.

Strategic and Business management: The knowledge of and expertise in the industry and organization that enhances performance and better delivers business outcomes.
