- Coordination with all local partners to ensure the project within the region (Bangladesh) are working and preventing any conflict of interest within the same customer.
- Prepare comprehensive offer solutions for steam boiler based on customer inquiries via local partner who correspondence directly with customer.
- Ensure and monitoring all process from the beginning of offer preparation (Project & Spare part) until shipment process within the agreed schedule.
- Creating more exposure in the market to increase the opportunities of Bosch Steam Boiler in order to get bigger market share by conducting more training seminar and product knowledge to customer and partners.
- Join visit with local partner to customer in Bangladesh / Sri Lanka to understand better on their inquiries and able to provide suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with RBSI to ensure all process from LC checking up to shipment preparation become are in timely manner as per scheduled.
- Following up to all local partner (BD/SRI) for Boiler project and Spare part queries and ensure this is translated into sales order.
- Negotiate via our local partner considering all boundaries to secure the order with approved GMS from factory.
Qualifications :
- Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Industrial) or Applied Physics)
- 35 years of experience in Sales for Industrial Boilers.
- Lead Generation and customer prospecting for the Growth Revenue
- Project Management Experience is preferable.
- Able to adapt to the working culture and environment in Bangladesh At least 4 times visit to Bangladesh in a year is required)
- Good know how in industrial sales and tendering process.
- Professional approach in the communication and coordination with Bangladesh Partners.
