Job Description
Team Members will be at the heart of our guest experiencecrafting delicious espresso drinks preparing food items and providing warm Italianstyle hospitality. Youll rotate across front and backofhouse stations ensuring high standards of service cleanliness and product knowledge $17$18/hour tips).
- Line/Prep Cooks: Prepare a variety of cold food items and ingredients that are used in our recipes maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
- Baristas: Crafting and serving specialty hot and cold beverages including authentic Italian espresso coffee and other caf drinks while providing exceptional guest service.
- Customer Service Associates: Engaging with guests to provide warm Italianstyle hospitality assisting with inquiries and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Caf Leads support daytoday operations of the caff while mentoring and guiding the team. Youll work closely with managers lead by example in service and and help ensure each guest leaves with an exceptional experience $21$24/hour tips).
