About the Role
Were looking for an experienced and motivated Production Line Supervisor to join our production team on a fulltime permanent basis. Based in Coomera at the northern end of the Gold Coast youll play a vital role in the construction of our highquality boats and trailers.
This is your chance to be part of a dynamic and skilled team committed to excellence in marine manufacturing. Experience with aluminium welding is highly desirable and will be a strong advantage.
Working Hours:
- 5:30am 2:30pm Mon Thurs
- 5:30am 12pm Friday
A successful candidate will have
- Identify and resolve any inconsistencies or ambiguities between project drawings construction methods and specifications.
- Coordinate and manage workflow by defining responsibilities and developing detailed work schedules.
- Supervise train and mentor team members including apprentices to ensure skill development and performance growth.
- Enforce the safe operation of tools and equipment in accordance with safety standards and procedures.
- Promote and maintain a safe and compliant work environment ensuring all safety documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Drive team productivity by meeting or exceeding project deadlines and performance milestones.
- Manage individual and team performance providing regular feedback and addressing any performance issues proactively.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through guidance support and mentoring of team members.
- Consistently achieve internal key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to overall project success.
