You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a proactive and clientfocused Zoho People Specialist with 1 2 years of handson experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Zoho People s features and capabilities and possess the ability to understand client requirements effortlessly customize the platform and provide ongoing support to ensure client success.
You will work closely with clients internal teams and other stakeholders to deliver tailormade HRMS solutions using Zoho People ensuring smooth implementation configuration and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Engage with clients to understand business needs pain points and HR process requirements.
Translate client requirements into functional configurations and customizations within Zoho People.
Design configure and implement modules such as Onboarding Leave Management Attendance Tracking Timesheets Performance Management Training Management and others.
Create and manage custom forms workflows reports and automation to optimize client HR operations.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions product demonstrations and training sessions for endusers.
Provide technical and functional support postimplementation including troubleshooting and resolving client issues.
Coordinate with Zoho support teams when required for escalations or advanced troubleshooting.
Continuously stay updated on Zoho People s new features modules and best practices to suggest improvements to clients.
Prepare documentation user manuals and training materials for clients.
Collaborate with internal project teams (sales development customer success) to ensure seamless project delivery.
1 2 years of experience working with Zoho People (implementation customization and support).
Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
Proficiency in form creation workflow automation blueprint configurations approval processes and integration setup.
Ability to grasp client requirements quickly and translate them into practical solutions.
Excellent problemsolving skills and a customerfirst mindset.
Good understanding of Zoho ecosystem (optional: Zoho Creator Zoho CRM Zoho Recruit Zoho Analytics) is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills especially in clientfacing roles.
Basic knowledge of APIs Deluge scripting and thirdparty integrations (preferred but not mandatory).
Organized selfmotivated and able to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
Zoho Certifications (if available) will be an added advantage.
Experience working in a consulting environment or with multiple clients simultaneously is a plus.
