The ideal candidate should have experience or background in the construction or real estate industry with excellent communication and followup skills.
Coordinate with new and potential clients via lead generation.
Successfully engage and convert customers during the first interaction.
Set up meetings and maintain detailed client records using Google trackers.
Conduct diligent followups and manage endtoend client coordination.
Arrange and conduct project site visits.
Maintain updated product catalogues and introduce new offerings to clients.
Take proactive measures to enhance business engagement and opportunities.
Handle customer calls after office hours when needed to maintain strong client relations.
Assist in the development of sales plans and forecasting for management reporting.
Coordinate closely with the marketing team to generate and nurture leads.
Track sales goals and report progress regularly.
Understand customer needs deeply and offer tailored business solutions.
Execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

Education: Any graduate preferably with sales or business development exposure.
Experience: 1 3 years in presales client handling or business development roles.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication.

Comfort with using Google Sheets CRMs and basic digital tools.
