Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Candidate must be able to answer questions in the STAR format (Situation Task Action Result).
  • If they cannot formulate a response this way please coach or whittle down the resume.
  • Note answers should pull from multiple projects and not the same one over and over.
  • Candidates resume should not be a dictionary please have them only include relevant experience which they can speak to.
  • Candidate should be able to speak to multiple projects completed within the any of the systems that Ive noted previously.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must be a good communicator Per client he cannot fix an issue if he doesnt know about it. He depends on the team to bring an issue to his attention immediately and not wait for the weekly 1onHe makes this clear up front but he wants us to ensure candidates have these soft skills before we pass the resume his way.
  • Must have a Proactive (NOT reactive) style/approach.
  • Critical thinker.
  • A Veeva connector project and its validation approach.
  • Veeva security profiles configurations reference lookups DACs etc.
