Recruitment Range: $67852 to $85000
The position of Accessibility Resources Program Manager develops and implements the Divisions statewide system of building formal partnerships with federal state county/local government entities organizations and businesses for the purpose of providing technical assistance in order to build their capacity to serve their Deaf Hard of Hearing and DeafBlind clients/customers; this position also coordinates DSDHHs internal system of providing advocacy to clients for accessibility and with DHHSs ADA compliance system. This position is a member of DSDHHs Executive Management Team.

Qualified applicants must possess and application must clearly reflect work experience that demonstrates the following:
Demonstrated knowledge of relevant statutes governing accessibility (e.g. Section 504 and ADA etc.
Demonstrated knowledge of the issues needs and communication methods of each of the divisions target populations deaf heard of hearing deafblind latedeafened older and younger generations etc.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to consistently conduct oneself in a professional manner with various
parties including highlevel officials.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Experience with management and supervision.
