The scope of the Sr. Manager of Sales Operations role encompasses leading and optimizing the companys billing processes particularly for ValueAdded Services (VAS). This includes mastering billing systems addressing and resolving billing issues through root cause analysis and developing longterm solutions to prevent discrepancies. The role involves continuous monitoring and improvement of billing workflows within MS Dynamics utilizing data analytics to track performance metrics and generate insights. The Sr. Manager will collaborate closely with finance and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment and will engage with senior management and key stakeholders to communicate updates and resolutions. Additionally the role includes developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation of billing processes issues and resolutions.

Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum of 710 years of experience in billing sales operations or finance with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Proficiency in MS Dynamics and strong understanding of Sales Operations processes.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data analytics tools to track performance metrics and generate insights.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex billing issues and develop effective longterm solutions.
Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to and engaging with senior management and large groups.
Proven ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams including finance and IT to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to drive initiatives and foster a culture of billing accuracy and efficiency.
Additional Information :
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 510 of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 142200.00 to 206350.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on jobrelated factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
