Job Description
This role is based within our brandnew and exciting lounge precinct at Adelaide Airport. Our Food & Beverage Team Leader (Senior Lounge Runner) will bring their passion for service to our three fully refurnished lounge spaces. They will be dedicated to creating a welcoming and inviting preflight experience for our guest.
Key duties of this role include but are not limited to the following:
- Lead by example providing efficient friendly and professional food and beverage service to all guest
- Assist with supervision of front of house team to support the Duty Manager
- Initial point of contact for guest and team challenges
- Communicate directly with front of house team and management to provide them with all relevant information
- Maintain and improve quality service in our lounges
- Ensure all team members are following Accor and Qantas policies
- Proactively promote a safe workplace
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you will have a passion for hospitality and proven ability to lead a team working in a fastpaced environment.
Other requirements
- You must have Australian working rights to be considered for this parttime role
- Have a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
- Must have full availability across a 7day rotating roster including public holidays
- Ability to pass a federal police background security check
