Job Description

Title: Program Manager

Location: Boyers PA and St. Louis MO

About this position:

Salary Range: 160k 200k commensurate with the candidates skills experience location and qualifications.

Total Compensation: (with potential bonuses & benefits): $180000 $250000 per year

Program Leadership & Contract Compliance:

  • Oversee daily operations and of contract deliverables ensuring full compliance with contract terms and applicable federal regulations (e.g. NISPOM 32 CFR 117.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company DCSA ensuring effective communication and alignment with government objectives.
  • Ensure timely reporting documentation and resolution of contractrelated matters.

Team & Operations Management:

  • Lead mentor and manage a team across multiple locations ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to performance metrics.
  • Oversee personnel responsible for application processing investigations case management security functions and postclosing procedures.
  • Implement best practices for workload capacity planning quality assurance and continuous process improvements.
  • Coordinate with government stakeholders to adapt to evolving requirements.
  • Ensure security and background investigations comply with federal policies.
  • Develop and enforce Policies & Procedures (P&P) for standardization and compliance.

Quality Control & Risk Management:

  • Ensure highquality service delivery by maintaining rigorous performance standards meeting governmentmandated timelines and addressing deficiencies within three business days.
  • Innovation & Process Improvement: Implement automation and innovative tools while maintaining manual processing as needed.
  • Optimize workflows for record management investigations security processing and postclosing.
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges to enhance service delivery and government satisfaction.

On a daytoday basis you will:

  • Comfortable managing a team of 400 personnel
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing programs of similar size scope and complexity.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large teams 400 employees) in a government contracting environment.
  • Strong understanding of federal security policies investigative processes and case management procedures.
  • Exceptional leadership communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively liaise with government agencies and ensure contract compliance.
  • Experience in workload capacity planning risk mitigation and quality assurance in a highstakes operational environment.

Required Education/Qualifications:

  • Security Clearance: TopSecret clearance
  • Education: Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent major.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) / Lean Six Sigma (LSS)
